I am again pleased to report that Sanderson Weatherall finds itself in a strong financial position and is performing in line with budget expectations this year having achieved our highest ever turnover and operating profit during 2022/23, which again is down to the hard work and adaptability of all the talented people at SW and the ongoing support, resilience, and positivity of our clients.

We have continued to focus on ensuring we meet our environmental, social value and governance (ESG) targets during the last year. An external staff survey carried out by our Net Zero consultants Flotilla indicates that our staff are engaged and pleased with the Net Zero progress we have made to date.

As a result of the decisive actions we have made this year our CO2 emissions are now down by 24% from our baseline data in 2020 and our tCO2 per full time equivalent employee (FTE) is 4.5 tonnes compared to the industry average of 6.3 tonnes.
