Sanderson Weatherall is delighted to announce the appointment of Suzi Marshall as Associate Partner in its Birmingham Valuation team. Joining the firm earlier this month, Suzi brings nearly two decades of regional expertise and a wealth of specialised knowledge to the role.
In this new position, Suzi will focus on undertaking Red Book valuations of commercial property across the West Midlands, further solidifying Sanderson Weatherall’s presence in the region.
Suzi is an MRICS qualified professional and RICS Registered Valuer, she boasts extensive experience in valuing a diverse range of commercial properties for:
- Loan security
- Pension funds
- Probate
- Accounts purposes
In addition to standard valuation practices, Suzi’s background includes dealing with assets subject to recoveries action and acting as an LPA Receiver.
Beyond the core valuation work, Suzi is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of property professionals, serving as an RICS APC Assessor and Chairperson, as well as an APC Trainer.

With an eye on regional growth, Suzi has clear ambitions for her time at Sanderson Weatherall and is particularly keen to expand the firm’s valuation offering throughout the West Midlands, with a special focus on her home county of Shropshire.
