Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Philip Waite, the former managing director of Aitchison Raffety, to head up a new national team delivering sector specialist property services.

Philip, who joins the firm with extensive management and leadership experience, as well as over 30 years’ experience as a valuer and chartered surveyor, will be developing the firm’s specialist property services in the Healthcare, Education and Leisure sectors.

The new offering will include survey, valuation, development and transactional services, to many businesses from day nurseries to schools and colleges, dentists to care homes and hospitals, and from golf courses to pubs and hotels.
