National property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has launched an online property auction service, called SW Property Auctions.

The firm’s new online property auction platform, branded as an alternative digital marketplace for property auctions, will enable clients to sell commercial and residential properties quickly to a global market.

The firm has also appointed Dominic Smith, an experienced auction surveyor with over 34 years’ experience, including at BidX1 and Town and Country Property Auctions, to head up its new online property auction service.
