Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has grown its Asset Advisory and Recovery team with the appointment of Rhys Griffiths. Rhys, who has joined the firm as partner, will be expanding the firm’s well-established asset advisory and recovery services into the South-West and Wales.

Rhys has vast experience in the sector and is a qualified Fixed Charge Receiver, member of NARA and Registered Property Receiver. In his role he will provide strategic property advice to insolvency practitioners on various property matters including restructuring, valuation and disposal, pre and post appointment. He will also act as a Fixed Charge Receiver to assist lenders with challenged positions.
