Sanderson Weatherall has advised private equity backed wholesaler, BGC Wholesale, on the acquisition of Paul White Ltd and Tiger Feet Ltd.

BGC Wholesale operates through a network of nine branches across the UK and Ireland.

The two businesses that BGC Wholesale has acquired are Paul White Ltd and Tiger Feet Ltd, an online retailer of partyware and balloons.

The deal was supported by a number of advisors, including Sanderson Weatherall, who completed due diligence on behalf of Akhtar Zahid, Chief Executive of BGC Wholesale and Michael Bradbury, CFO of Ardenton Capital.

The service provided by Sanderson Weatherall included an overview assessment of the inventory, site inspections, sample counts and testing and an assessment of inventory management and reporting systems.
