Sam joined Sanderson Weatherall in July 2024 where he is working within the Valuation Department in the Manchester Office. He predominantly provides property advice to high calibre clients and banks in respect of their property holdings or securities. Sam deals with a large variety of property classes, such as Industrial, office, retail, land, residential and sui generis in the northwest region.
Sam has experience in a variety of General Practice disciplines including Loan Security Valuations, local authority Asset Valuations, Land Disposals and Acquisitions and Landlord and Tenant enquiries.
