Rui joined SW in 2021 with over eight years’ experience in credit control. She currently works alongside the Property Management department, supporting them by handling credit assessments, negotiating tenant payment plans, and maintaining accurate financial records.

As a Credit Controller, Rui manages tenant accounts for over 3,000 properties, and continually looks for ways to make the debt collecting process more accessible, more punctual, and beneficial for both our clients and Sanderson Weatherall.
