Our specialist caravan and holiday parks team are pleased to report the retirement sale of Franchis Holiday Park in Cornwall.  Set within the attractive rural setting in Helston, the park is perfectly situated close to both sandy beaches and the inland nature reserve.

The park offered a long-established holiday park developed on approx. 4 acres with an additional 12 acres of woodland.  The park also provided an attractive 4 bedroom dwelling, 5 holiday chalets, along with consent for 21 static caravans, 70 touring and 2 residential pitches all with 12-months use.
