We were instructed by Canada Life to prepare and serve a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations on an outgoing tenant at Building 3, Leeds City Office Park.

The claim against the tenant was substantial, they had undertaken an extensive fit-out over two floors including a cafeteria, meeting rooms, IT suite and back up generator. The claim settlement figure was £450,000 which represented the value of the reinstatement work within the property.
