Our North East Building Consultancy team has been strengthened by the appointment of David Heslop as a Senior Surveyor.

David brings with him over 25 years’ experience within the industry and his work has included managing tenant and landlord dilapidation advice; management of projects from £80,000 refurbishments to £3M office fit outs in Central London; Management of Design and specification of NHS Clinic Refurbishment and Upgrades; Management of SEN upgrade and alteration works to schools and Pre-acquisition advice for industrial, office and healthcare premises throughout the UK.

His role here at SW will include advising clients on Dilapidations responsibilities and liabilities, contract administration and project management, pre-acquisition advice and condition surveys.
