White Rose Office Park has secured one of Leeds’s largest out-of-town office lettings this year, with incoming tenant Klipboard signing a 10-year lease with landlord Munroe K Luxembourg for circa 19,425 sq ft across Suites Q and R in the ABC Building.
The transaction follows Klipboard’s acquisition of fleet and workforce management software provider RAM and will see the combined business co-locate its Leeds city region operations at the business park.
White Rose Park is one of Yorkshire’s leading business destinations, offering high-quality office accommodation, extensive amenities and excellent connectivity to Leeds city centre and the wider motorway network. The letting further strengthens the park’s reputation as a location of choice for growing businesses within the technology and software sectors.
The deal underlines continued occupier demand for high-quality workspace that can support business growth, employee wellbeing and evolving workplace requirements. Following a comprehensive refurbishment programme, the space will provide Klipboard with a modern working environment which aligns with its long-term ambitions in the region.
