Manchester Office – Valuation Surveyor
1-2 year qualified, RICS Registered Valuer – experienced in producing Red Book valuations for loan security purposes for a variety of lending institutions as well as for balance sheet and internal management purposes. Immediate start.
- Candidates should be a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
The post holder will be based in Manchester but must be prepared to travel to sites on a regular basis and operate from client operational sites and locations in the event of business needs.
All employees are expected to keep informed of developments in legislation and regulations and must therefore be prepared to continually update their knowledge. Should staff aim for formal qualifications the opportunities will be considered and provided on review. Any Qualified staff must undertake Continual Professional Development.
