Principal Purpose of Job
An opportunity to support the development of this important area of our local and national business from our Leeds office. To provide effective and efficient support in the delivery of this client service, by ensuring clients are fully supported in the day to day management of residential lettings and sales activities.

To assist the Residential Lettings Manager & Sales Partner with the management of Sanderson Weatherall’s portfolio of rental & sales property. Responsible, in conjunction with the Residential Associate Partner for ensuring that clients receive a high standard of service which maintains SW’s reputation and profitability.

The ideal candidate will also be expected to work closely with other key areas of the office’s business including corporate services, lease consultancy, agency and valuation and all internal support functions such as HR, Marketing and Finance.

Specific Duties and Details of Actual Work
To assist with accompanied viewings for both sales and lettings.

To assist with periodic tenancy inspections.

To assist with the production of detailed inventories and schedule of condition of properties managed by the Residential Lettings Department.

To assist with adhoc viewings and other tasks as required.

To carry out tenant ‘check ins’, complete inventory checks and demonstrate the appliances at managed properties.

To carry out ‘check out’ inspections at managed properties.

To ensure customer care is always a priority and that customer complaints are dealt with effectively and speedily.

To ensure quality procedures and records are maintained.

Providing tenants with accurate and relevant budget pack information when copies are requested.

Qualifications/Experience
Strong client relationship skills, evidence of client liaison on behalf of professional level members.
Strong verbal & numerical skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time and assist the team in meeting deadlines.
Ability to work on own or as part of the team.
Exceptional level of customer service skills.
Property experience desirable but not essential.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change are essential
