We are an independently owned SME offering integrated property services across the UK.
As an appointed Crown Commercial Service supplier, our understanding of the public sector and experience in the property industry, allows us to develop specialist property solutions with organisations across the UK, including central and local government, social housing and education.
Our public sector property services are tailored to the requirements of modern government, drawing from our commercial experience across all sectors. We invest in training, quality assurance and technology, giving you the security that you’ll receive high quality advice. Whilst we’re a national firm, we’re small enough to provide partner led service, build long term relationships and promote knowledge transfer.
Our services go beyond pure financial return. We aim to provide strategic advice to improve utilisation of built assets and deliver programmes to reduce operating costs through smaller footprints, economies of scale and shared use of assets.
