We have an in house architecture team, setting us apart from other surveying firms. This allows us to offer clients workplace consultancy, space planning analysis and design services, alongside our professional services advice, providing one single, joined up solution for relocating.

How it works

We have a carefully designed service to ensure your acquisition runs smoothly. Our aim is to:

  • reduce the time you need to invest in overseeing a relocation
  • get you the best deal possible in the best building possible
  • ensure you’re paying the right rent
  • protect your business from any hidden costs or liabilities

1. The Brief

We’ll work closely with you to understand your current situation and create a clearly defined requirement, including elements such as timing, staff, use, numbers, growth, budget, location needs.

2. The Search & Shortlisting

Using our local networks and market knowledge we’ll perform a search to find spaces that could work for your business. Each option will be sense checked and then presented to you in a user-friendly report, allowing us to shortlist and conduct viewing tours.

3. Negotiation

We will then formulate an agreed approach to negotiations. This commonly utilises a Request for Proposal (RFP) format. The RFP is drawn up by us, ensuring we can compare “like for like” on the non-prescribed lease term elements such as rental tone and incentives.

4. Managing the Process

Working with you and your legal team, as well as any third party contractors, we’ll get you to completion as quickly and smoothly as possible.

5. Looking after your space

We’re experienced in looking after property, from keeping your occupier costs to a minimum with strategic advice to helping with the day to day running of your business with our 24-hour maintenance call out service.
