Trio of appointments strengthens our London office

Published on: 30th April 2018

To accommodate our increasing client base in London and further afield, we have recently strengthened our London team with three key appointments in our valuation and rating departments.

The appointments follow a raft of recent successes for the firm, including reappointment on to the national framework for the Crown Commercial Service, new instructions on the 2018 rating list, and a number of commercial properties acquired, let and sold across the capital.

Sean Bunch joins our London office as a partner in our rating team where he will be responsible for client advice, appeal work and mitigation of clients’ exposure to business rates.

Sean has over forty years’ experience in the rating world, including 13 years at the Valuation Office Agency and more recently heading up the business rates team at LSM Partners before becoming a director at Savills.

Also, joining Sean in London is associate partner, Aidan King. Aidan has moved to our London office having gained over 8 years’ experience working in our lease consultancy, valuation and agency teams in the North West and Midlands.

Rose Zulaikhah will assist both our rating and valuation teams whilst she works towards completing her assessment of professional competence (APC) and qualifies as a chartered surveyor with the RICS. Rose joins us following a years’ work experience at CVS surveyors.

Matthew Midwinter, partner and head of our London office commented, “The recent appointments further outline our continued commitment to growth at Sanderson Weatherall. The trio’s combined experience will undoubtedly complement our existing expertise and be instrumental in developing the strength of our London offering, as well as helping to grow our national client base.”
