Income producing office investment on the market in Nantwich

Published on: 6th March 2018

Our Manchester team has been appointed to sell the freehold interest of Princes Court, an operational business centre just north of Nantwich, Cheshire.

The business centre is comprised of three, three storey office buildings that have a current occupancy rate of 82%, with 29 tenants under individual lease agreements.

Dating from the late 1800s the buildings were originally constructed to form part of a hospital complex that has since been sub-divided to provide 54 individual office suites benefitting from natural lighting, excellent communal areas, central heating and car parking.

Craig Watson, associate partner in our Manchester office commented, “Princes Court offers investors a really exciting proposition. The asking price reflects an attractive gross yield of 9.53% and with opportunities to improve this through active management there is plenty of room for this to grow.”

We are acting as joint agents on the property alongside Legat Owen. For more information please click here.
