We have been appointed by the Chapter of York to manage the entire property investment portfolio of York Minster.
We will manage all of York Minster’s commercial and residential property holdings and provide a comprehensive range of property management services. The appointment is for a term of five years and commenced in January 2015.
The Minster’s portfolio includes around 35 residential and commercial properties surrounding the magnificent York landmark, all in highly desirable locations on High Petergate, Low Petergate, Minster Gates, Precentor’s Court and Minster Yard.
The commercial estate includes prime city centre shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and a guest house.

We have been tasked with financial management of the portfolio as well as property management, including handling building maintenance and surveying. We will also deal with agency lettings, acquisition and disposal, negotiating business rates, reviews and renewals and acting as general consultants.
