We are delighted to announce that we have recently been appointed as a supplier on the Homes England Property Professional Services Framework.

The four-year contract was awarded to us and three sub-consultants; Wood Plc, Alder King and Resolution Property Surveyors, following a successful tendering process. The appointment means that as a group we can provide a full range of professional property services to all public sector bodies in England, as well as Homes England.

Homes England is the second major national public framework win for Sanderson Weatherall, which was awarded the Crown Commercial Service National Lot for the Estates Professional Services last year.

Simon Elliot, head of our public sector services said, “This is a fantastic result for Sanderson Weatherall and we look forward to working with Homes England and continuing to build our reputation as a leading property services supplier to the public sector.

“The appointment is another promising sign of the increasing role that SMEs can play in delivering services to the public sector. As one of the leading SMEs in the property industry, our clients understand that Sanderson Weatherall has the capacity to deliver but with the flexibility and agility to tailor our services to their specific requirements. With our partner-led approach we intend to deliver our services even more public bodies because of this appointment.”

Claire Barclay, specialist valuation and disposals lead at Homes England commented, “We are delighted to have appointed Sanderson Weatherall to work with Homes England on a range of important services. We welcome them as an SME who have demonstrated their national capability and capacity using their supply chain to help us deliver our programmes.”

The Homes England Property Professional Services Framework went live on 18th June 2018 and is for a period of 4 years.
