Three new shareholders announced

We are delighted to announce the appointment of three new shareholding partners.

Christian Humphreys, Matthew Lawrence and Mark Sheridan have recently become shareholders, bringing our total number of shareholders to 28.

Christian Humphreys, head of our asset based lending team, joined us in 2011 to establish our national ABL valuation and advisory department. Christian specialises in providing detailed asset valuations, surveys and portfolio management to asset based lenders, corporate financiers and equity providers.

Matthew Lawrence, head of our property management team has been at Sanderson Weatherall for 15 years. Matthew manages a team of over 30 management consultants, facilities managers and account administrators. He is responsible for a number of our high profile property management clients, including management of Magnet, Mapeley and Canada Life’s national portfolios.

Mark Sheridan, head of our Bristol office, joined our valuation team as a graduate in 2006. Now running both the office and valuation team at our Bristol office, he specialises in property valuations, predominantly for loan security purposes, on commercial and residential properties in the South West.

Commenting on the appointments, Martin Archer, Finance Director said, “I am delighted to welcome Christian, Matthew and Mark on board as shareholders of the firm. Their contribution to the firm’s success to date has been substantial, and I have no doubt they will continue to be key influencers of our future business strategy and growth as a national property firm.”
