Throughout March we’re encouraging staff from across our offices to stay active by walking, running or cycling and raise awareness of the positive impact exercise can have on your mental health in the process.

Many of us have been working remotely for almost a year now so we felt it would be fantastic way of staff keeping in touch with their teams by sharing their experiences whilst raising awareness for what is a fantastic cause.
Each week we’ll also be doing our best to provide a running total of miles covered as well as sharing a few of our favourite photos they’ve taken whilst out and about.
At a time when mental health issues are on the rise It’s been proven the positive impact that physical activity can have and we wanted to raise as much awareness of this as possible.
