Throughout March we encouraged staff from across our offices to stay active by walking, running or cycling and raise awareness of the positive impact exercise can have on your mental health in the process.

We’re delighted that so many of our staff got behind the initiative and helped raise awareness of the positive impact that physical activity can have on mental health. We’ve shared a few of our favourite photos below.

A Special Mention

We also couldn’t go without a special mention for members of our Bristol office. Seven of them got together and dived head first into the challenge and walked, ran and cycled a combined 1,597km during March.  That’s a nearly 200km further than the distance from John O’Groats to Lands End, a fantastic achievement!


Many of us have been working remotely for almost a year now so we felt it would be fantastic way of staff keeping in touch with their teams by sharing their experiences whilst raising awareness for what is a fantastic cause.

At a time when mental health issues are on the rise It’s been proven the positive impact that physical activity can have and we wanted to raise as much awareness of this as possible.
