Acting on behalf of UK property investor and developer, Buccleuch Property our agency team in the North East sold the last remaining plot on the City Road site in Newcastle City Centre for £1.7million. The site was purchased by JEDS Investments who have acquired the residual part of the site to transform into high quality student accommodation in the heart of the city.
Leading European electronics store, CeX, has taken 1,377 sq ft of space on Northumberland Street, a major shopping street in the city of Newcastle upon Tyne. The deal was completed with our retail agents in the North East acting on behalf of the landlords.
ATZ Developments, a Yorkshire based development company, has purchased a 60,000 sq ft multi-let mill complex in Batley, West Yorkshire. Commenting on the sale, Jonathon White, industrial agent at Sanderson Weatherall said, “We are delighted to have sold this site on behalf of the vendors.”
