Sea End Caravan Park in Crouch End, Essex has been sold in an off-market transaction on a guide price of £5.5million.
Set in a quiet and secluded setting the 9-acre static holiday caravan park, located adjacent to the River Crouch, has 180 fully serviced pitches for owner occupied caravan holiday homes and was sold by our specialist holiday and caravan park team.
The park lies in the charming town of Burnham-on-Crouch, which set on the north bank of the River Crouch is one of the UK’s most popular areas for yachting.
Andrew Bagnell, holiday and caravan park in our Exeter office commented, “Sea End Caravan Park is a waterside park and in keeping with the local area, it is an ideal spot for boating with around 140 deep water and half tide berths and a modern workshop facility for yacht repairs and maintenance.
“This deal marks the latest of a number of sales of similar businesses in England with demand for caravan parks continuing to increase, driven largely by the rise in staycations and the popularity of the UK as a holiday destination.”
