Fenham Hall Studios has appointed Sanderson Weatherall’s North East agency team as letting agents on their remaining office spaces, after welcoming two new tenants to the Studios at the start of the year.

With its mature grounds and elegant detailing, Fenham Hall was built in 1745 by John Ord, Mayor of Newcastle and offers a historic backdrop to the Studios.

The remaining spaces, Studio A & C are converted from the original art room and are available for occupation on a floor by floor basis or as a single self-contained office.

The newly available space is being marketed by Sanderson Weatherall.

“It’s great to see two fantastic tenants moving into Fenham Studio which is testament to the quality of the development.  The offices provide a Covid safe environment with dedicated parking, a tranquil environment and access to good local services.”

Kev continued, “The spaces available are a great opportunity for businesses to operate from a truly stunning location. Interested parties would be in good company with Fenham Hall Studios already home to designers, laboratories, health care providers and a number of North East’s most innovative businesses. We expect to receive significant interest in the newly available Studios A and C so ask interested parties to get in touch as soon as possible.”

The Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust were looking for an administrative headquarters to accommodate their growth in a self-contained office space and Child Psychiatry UK were looking for a professional working space as a base from which to run their practice.

Dr Stephen Westgarth, Medical Director of Child Psychiatry UK said, “I have been looking for a professional working space to run my practice for a while and when I saw Studio F I knew it would be a perfect location.

“When we arrived at Fenham Hall Studios for the first time, we were struck by the quiet setting, the greenery, the established trees and the birdsong, yet it has all the benefits of being close to good transport links, making it easy for people to access from all sides of the city and beyond. It’s exceeded our expectations and we’re delighted to be here.”
