Newly refurbished 7 Park Square East launched on the Leeds office market

Leeds city centre office building, 7 Park Square East, has been launched to the market following an extensive refurbishment. The property which includes a two storey, Georgian façade building offers 18,000 sq ft of Grade A contemporary office space, situated in one of the city’s most desirable business locations.

Property consultancies Sanderson Weatherall and JLL are marketing the offices into which over £2 million has been invested in transforming the building.

Alexander Schimmel from the landlord’s offices has said: “We have owned 7 Park Square East for a number of years and this investment in the property is testament to its prime location on Park Square and the opportunity to upgrade and offer Grade A space to the market.”

Richard Thornton of JLL commented, “It’s clear office occupier habits are set to change as a result of the pandemic, and we expect to see increased demand for really high-quality spaces with plenty of scope for collaborative working. With its exceptional level of finishes and flexible space, 7 Park Square East will be of interest to the market.

“Rarely does an opportunity like this become available on Park Square, which benefits from an attractive landscaped environment on the doorstep, an elegant Georgian façade and stunning contemporary interior.

With a lack of Grade A office space available in the city at the moment, it’s no surprise that we are already receiving enquiries from potential occupiers”
