Newcastle City Council appoints Sanderson Weatherall as managing agent at Toffee Factory

Newcastle City Council has appointed property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall at Toffee Factory. The landmark development, which is located the Ouseburn area of Newcastle, provides contemporary office spaces for digital and creative businesses.

The appointment means Sanderson Weatherall will provide a comprehensive management service supporting an on-site team.

Nina Bradley-Brown, contract lead at Sanderson Weatherall commented, “Toffee Factory is an exciting office development located in the heart of an exciting urban village on the fringe of Newcastle City Centre.

The building is occupied by a diverse range of businesses and we are pleased to be working with them to maintain a high-quality working environment and support income generation for Newcastle City Council.”

Toffee Factory has 23 fully serviced offices, shared office space and virtual office services. Converted from a derelict sweet factory, it is now a landmark building in the regeneration of the Ouseburn Valley.
