Merchant Park, Newton Aycliffe the award-winning development and home to Hitachi Rail, is expanding in new and exciting ways. Recognising the demand for high spec units that any company would be proud to occupy, but critically of a smaller size, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Station Place.
The all new Station Place development will build on the solid elements that made Merchant Park perfect for Hitachi Rail; excellent transport links for rail, road, sea and air and a developer committed to providing fit for purpose flexible space.
Station Place aims to build on that strong base and provide much needed high-quality industrial units from 5,000 sq.ft and the development will also provide potential occupiers with a design and build option.
To complement the new direction for the site, our North-East agency team have been appointed alongside joint agents CBRE by Merchant Anglo (AP) Property Holdings Limited.
Chris Dent, head of our North East industrial agency team commented that “Station Place represents a new chapter in the evolution of industrial space in Newton Aycliffe, which we are excited to be a part of. We know there is demand for smaller flexible high-quality industrial units that simply isn’t being catered for – Station Place will tick the boxes for that market”.
Designed by Ryder Architecture, Station Place will be ready of occupation in Summer/Autumn 2019.
