Marketing / 19 Jun, 16

Our Manchester team has been strengthened with the appointment of a new surveyor to its Building Consultancy department.

Jonathan Howson, formerly of Bruntwood – an office space provider, brings with him expertise in building surveys, design work, building defects and the adaptation and conversion of existing buildings. Jonathan’s experience is accrued from working with a variety of organisations over the past seven years.

Working closely with Philip Kenny, partner in our building consultancy, Jonathan is currently working towards becoming a chartered surveyor.

Commenting on his appointment, Jonathan said: “I am very happy to have joined Sanderson Weatherall’s Manchester team. In the short time I have been with the company I’ve realised how diverse the workload is which keeps things interesting, and how the different departments work together, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service.

“I’m also delighted to be working so closely with Philip. With his guidance and expertise I’m learning quickly and I’m feeling very confident about becoming a chartered surveyor later this year.”

As Jonathan progresses with us he will gain additional responsibility and assist with the continued development of the Building Consultancy offering at the Manchester office.

Philip Kenny commented: “It’s great to have Jonathan join the Building Consultancy department. By working with a nationally recognised company, Jonathan will be able to take advantage of our experience which will give him an excellent grounding for his future career progression.”
