Knights PLC has signed a pre-let deal at Palace Capital’s Hudson Quarter development in York. The solicitors firm has taken 4,588 sq ft of offices in the Victoria building on a ten-year lease and at a rent of £25.00 psf (after an initial two year period at £12.50 psf) setting a new record for the city’s office rents.
Hudson Quarter is a mixed-use development located opposite York train station. The four separate buildings will comprise 127 luxury apartments and a total of circa 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, which is being marketed jointly by office agents at Sanderson Weatherall and JLL.
