Kirkby Stephen caravan park business sold

Marketing / 23 Mar, 17

Our specialist holiday and caravan parks team have sold a 5-acre caravan park in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria, for over £800,000.

The site was transformed into a caravan park in 1986, having previously been the coal yard to Kirkby Stephen train station. It now operates as a successful touring caravan park, together with a workshop, storage and owner’s house.

William Reynolds holiday and caravan park specialist in our York office said, “The park is a fantastic business opportunity with excellent potential. We are delighted to have sold it to a local husband & wife team, with a background in architectural stonework and construction.”

Situated within walking distance of the centre of Kirkby Stephen, Pennine View Caravan Park immediately adjoins the boundary of the newly extended Yorkshire Dales National Park.
