Towards the start of June our specialist holiday and caravan parks team were pleased to report the confidential sale of Bingham Grange, a high quality touring caravan and camping park in the sought after county of Dorset. In the first six months of the year we have experienced strong demand for caravan and holiday parks across the country, as investors seek to expand their portfolios.
Last month we conducted an online auction of over 500 high-quality musical instruments and following the success of this sale we are now setting up for a further auction of over 600 musical instruments and accessories, including drums & percussion, brass & woodwind, amplifiers, pianos and studio equipment. We are pleased to announce three new partner announcements across our national office network. The promotions follow another year of strong trading, the launch of our new brand, our Leeds team moving into the landmark Central Square offices and four new shareholder appointments across our network of nine offices.

Our Teesside office hosted an inaugural Footgolf Client event at Knotty Hill Golf Course in County Durham. The team invited clients and contacts from across the region to compete in the tournament and you can view a few pictures from the event here.
Our architecture team has been working closely with GMB on the remodelling and fit-out of Lifton House in the North East. The £1.6million project will see the GMB trade union move back into a property occupied by the union 130 years ago.
