Unit 2 Westway Industrial Estate, Throckley has recently been sold as previous owners Hoults Enterprises Ltd seek to raise funds for further flexspace expansion.
The 9,816 sq ft property comprises a single storey semi-detached warehouse unit primely located adjacent to the A69.
