High quality industrial unit sold in Armthorpe

Acting on behalf of the Liquidators of Excel Conversions Ltd our Restructuring and Recovery team have sold Excel House, Unit 5 Durham Lane, a high quality industrial building located in a private industrial estate in Armthorpe.

The 10,330 sq ft property comprises a modern industrial unit combining a large warehouse and offices and was purchased by Doncaster Maintenance Ltd.

Our Restructuring and Recovery team were instructed by Seneca Insolvency Practitioners, the Liquidators of Excel Conversions. Alongside the property sale our Machinery and Business Assets team were brought in to coordinate the sale of the liquidated company’s business assets.
