We have been appointed by Marrico Asset Management as joint office leasing agent on Leeds city centre’s landmark Central Square alongside JLL. Approximately 150,000 sq ft of Grade A office space is still available within the 11-storey 220,000 sq ft building.
In the second largest Leeds office deal last year we were able to pre-let 50,000 sq ft to PwC who will occupy two floors of the £100m city centre development.
Richard Bland of the developer, Marrico Asset Management, said: “As we near completion, we felt that the appointment of Sanderson Weatherall, an award-winning local agency with national backing would enhance our offer”.
Scheduled for practical completion in May 2016, the building is located a two minute walk from Leeds train station. Central Square will be set in high quality, new public realm consisting of a public atrium and winter garden as well as a generous retail provision at ground floor.
Central Square’s ninth floor will feature a sky garden available to all tenants which will provide views across Leeds and also act as a break out or entertainment space. The building will provide 128 car parking spaces.
