Acting on behalf of CEG, our Leeds agency team has let 35,513 sq ft of offices at Callflex Business Park in Rotherham.
G4S has signed to take the entirety of Building 2, which is undergoing refurbishment, in three separate transactions.

The deal comes following our appointment as letting agent in January.

Callflex Business Park comprises three detached office buildings totalling 97,000 sq ft. Building 1 extends to c. 35,000 sq ft and is available for lease in suites from 8,000 sq ft upwards. Building 3 is occupied by Keepmoat.
