Our asset advisory and recovery team in Manchester have been appointed to market the former offices and warehouse facility of British sailing lifestyle brand, Henri Lloyd.
The properties are both located on the Smithfold Lane Industrial Estate in Worsley, Greater Manchester, enviably situated in the ‘Triangle’ between M61, M60 and M62 motorways.
Henri Lloyd is a firm with roots in the North West after being founded in 1963 by Polish soldier Henri Strzelecki. Henri moved to Manchester to study textiles and started the business with partner Angus Lloyd.
David Murray, partner in our Manchester office commented, “These properties present a fantastic business opportunity for potential owner occupiers or investors seeking space in an established industrial estate. The hybrid property is a great size and suitable for a range of different uses and we expect to receive significant interest.”
The warehouse facility is just over 42,500 sq ft and is already under offer, expecting to complete in the next couple of months. The second property comprises a two-storey hybrid building with offices, showrooms, design studios and storage totalling 21,770 sq ft with a generous plot size of 1.11 Acres providing scope for further expansion or development.
