Covid-19 Business Continuity at Sanderson Weatherall

David Rastrick / 24 Mar, 20

At Sanderson Weatherall we are committed to supporting businesses through the Covid-19 outbreak by providing our services with minimal disruption.

Following the advice of Public Health England to help slow down the spread of Covid-19, as well as protect our teams and our clients, we have made some temporary alterations to the way we work.

We have implemented our Business Continuity Plan, which has been through various reviews and tests over recent years, and now have all our teams working from home.

Our continued investment in technology and cloud-based business systems allows us to deliver our services remotely. This includes our Property Management accounts operation, which we recognise is an essential service for many of our clients.

In line with current government guidelines, we have paused property inspections and viewings until restrictions are lifted and it is safe and responsible to resume them. Our property agents remain available to discuss your requirements and talk you through brochures and floorplans over the phone.

All other meetings will take place via our conference calling technology.

As a firm that is responsible for managing properties around the UK, we will work closely with our property management clients to safely and responsibly facilitate building closures where necessary.

We continue to monitor the situation and will update you as and when we can.

We remain, just as we always have been, on the other end of the phone.
