Cawood holiday park business sold

Our specialist holiday and caravan park team has sold a prime 11 acre static caravan park in Cawood, North Yorkshire.

Cawood Park, near York is a high-quality mixed park, with consent for 77 static and 18 touring holiday caravans and extensive facilities including a popular lakeside restaurant, bar/entertainment lounge and indoor swimming pool surrounding a large fishing lake.

Conveniently situated for access into the historic city of York the park is set in a tranquil North Yorkshire location, just a short walk from the picturesque village of Cawood and the River Ouse.
