Sanderson Weatherall acted as agents in the disposal of this high quality production unit strategically located just off Junction 64(M) of the A1(M).

Sanderson Weatherall pitched for and won this prestigious instruction from PWC who had been appointed as Administrators for the previous owners.

The unit comprised approximately 140,000 sq ft and was sold for £3.95M to Walker Filtration, a local manufacturing company.

Walker Filtration had seen 20% year on year growth and acquired the unit in order to continue their ambitious expansion plans.

The sale also ensured the bank recouped their investment in the property.
