Success in our Bristol office as Andrew Pogorzelski becomes a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Andrew passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) last week, to become an elected member of RICS.
The APC process involves practical training and experience which, when combined with academic qualifications, leads to RICS membership. It consists of a period of structured training, culminating with a written submission and a final assessment interview.
Andrew works in our building consultancy department and has over 3 years’ experience working across a range of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the UK.
Working as part of the Bristol team, Andrew specialises in providing advice to both landlords and tenants on dilapidation matters. He also has strong project management skills, having worked on many refurbishment schemes from the feasibility stages through to the completion of the works.
Andrew said: “The advice from my colleagues in Bristol and the structured training I have received during my time at Sanderson Weatherall has helped in ensuring I passed the APC and I am excited to become a member of the RICS”.
“In Bristol we have already made a strong start to the year and I am looking forward to further improving and driving the success of the building consultancy team.”
We are renowned for providing training & guiding graduates through their APC from across our office network.
